COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We are operating under a no contact delivery policy.
- For most residences , our delivery drivers will knock on the front door or ring the doorbell, then place flowers by the foot of the door maintaining a safe social distance from the recipient. There will be no contact between drivers and recipients.
- For apartment buildings , we will leave flowers with the concierge. If there is no concierge, we will contact the recipient and have them come down while we wait. Flowers will then be placed on the ground in the lobby or vestibule. To keep our delivery team as safe as possible.
- For workplace deliveries, we will drop off flowers at the main reception.
- We will not return to an address if recipients are away, unless proper arrangements are made.
- No deliveries to hospitals.
- Deliveries to nursing homes, retirement homes or similar long term care facilities we will leave flowers with the concierge.
Delivery
We will deliver directly to the Funeral Home or the Recipient's address.
GTA Greater Toronto Area
- Same day flower delivery 7 days a week on orders received by 12 noon Eastern time or 10 am Eastern time on Sundays and holidays
- A $15 delivery and service charge is added at checkout
Carisma Florists delivers flowers across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) including: Oakville, Mississauga: Port Credit, Clarkson, Erin Mills, Lorne Park, Erindale, Meadowvale & Malton, Brampton, Bramalea, Etobicoke, Downsview, Weston, North York, York, Scarborough and East York, plus New Toronto, Mimico, Weston and Leaside; the villages of Long Branch, Swansea and Forest Hill; and Vaughan, Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham and Aurora.
